These terms govern your use of hadiha.com and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
hadiha.com ("HADIHA", "we", "us") is operated by Company MUHTABAR AL-LABA Ltd., Commercial Registration No. 4030191611, VAT Registration No. 3005822678, registered at Al-Isai Center, Prince Sultan Street, Al-Misra District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a binding contract. Orders are shipped within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and textures may look slightly different on your screen, and squishy and sensory items vary a little between units by their nature — that is not a defect.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or refund you in full.

Our products are stress-relief and sensory items intended for recreational use. They are not medical devices and are not a treatment for anxiety, stress or any medical or psychological condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
Small parts present a choking hazard. Products are not suitable for children under 3 years unless the product page states otherwise. Children should be supervised during use.
Do not cut, bite, heat or ingest any product. Stop using a product immediately if it splits or leaks, and keep it away from children and pets.
Follow the age guidance and any warnings shown on the product page and packaging.
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax unless stated otherwise. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Adding items to your cart is not an order. When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy, and we send you an order confirmation acknowledging it. The contract is formed when we confirm the order has been shipped.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the price was wrong, payment could not be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout (such as Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and others as offered). Payment must clear before your order is dispatched. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
We ship across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our courier partners.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days in major cities, 3–7 business days elsewhere.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout, and free shipping may apply on orders that meet the threshold displayed in the store.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, holidays or an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel an order placed with a code that has been misused.
The HADIHA name and logo, and all site content — text, images, product photography, illustrations, design and code — belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
If you post a review or send us photos, you keep ownership of your content but give us permission to display and share it on our site and marketing channels. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches this.
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or copy its data, or place fraudulent or automated orders.
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the maximum extent allowed by Saudi law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from misuse of a product or use contrary to its warnings and age guidance. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Saudi consumer protection legislation.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failure, government restrictions or interruption of internet or payment services.
Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
